Job Description

The Business Insurance Agent (BIA) program gives an eligible candidate the opportunity to grow their business and work with other Farmers agents to support Business Insurance growth in their agencies. BIAs can build their own business within a supportive environment, delivering valuable product options to business owners. They also benefit from built-in relationships other Farmers agents have with existing customers.

Salary: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Expanded Prospect Reach & Referral Network

• Compensation earn - commissions and/or can split commissions with other Farmers agents

• Concierge Underwriting Support - BIAs will have access to dedicated underwriting support to help them identify, quote and close on preferred business

• Support BIAs have access to continuous learning, compliance, and sales resources to help them stay sharp and competitive.
