PRIMARY TASKS: Customer service, Sales, Schedule Life Appointments, Client Retention, Policy Review, Payment Processing, Cross Sell, Quoting

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT: Unique compensation program including competitive base salary, plus monthly commissions and bonuses, simple IRA, holiday and vacation pay.

HOURS OF OPERATIONS: Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm

*Bonus and Spiffs paid in addition to base pay*

Salary: $14.00 - $15.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
• Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS: Property & Casualty licensed; typing skills at 55 wpm, proficient in Microsoft Windows Applications: Word, Excel and Outlook, Possess strong organizational skills including attention to detail and follow-up capabilities.

Pre-Hire Typing Test required.

MUST have reliable transportation and be able to pass a background investigation.
