Prewett Pest Control is seeking a Field Service Professional (Technician) in our Gulf Coast market, including Mobile, AL and surrounding areas. This position requires someone with a customer-centric focus and the ability to manage and grow a highly efficient service route. Our Field Service Professionals are the face of our company and are integral in growing PPC and its multiple locations from $3M to $25M in revenue by 2030. Compensation & Perks:

Base Salary + Commissions + Bonuses + Benefits

Base Salary: $20k-40k (based on experience)

Bonuses & Commission Potential: Average Service Professionals make $50k/year, and High Performers will earn $55k-70k

Monthly Bonuses based on KPIs

Responsibilities

• Reflect our Core Values in all interactions, ensuring an excellent customer experience
• Must be able to perform detailed property inspections for both residential and commercial customers, including crawl space, interior, exterior, and attic spaces
• Take ownership of your routes as if you’re the owner
• Provide recommended treatment and prevention methods utilizing integrated pest management and best practices
• Use problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer concerns and issues
• Effectively manage scheduled, unscheduled, and rescheduled service appointments
• Maintain an extensive knowledge of recurring pest services, including termite, pest, and mosquito
• Maintain company vehicle for a professional appearance
• Some work outside of standard business hours may be required

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in problem-solving
• Must be professional in appearance, with excellent communication skills, friendly disposition, and ability to effectively communicate with a diverse population
• Ability to use required technology and industry equipment
• Possess a valid driver’s license and pass a pre-employment drug screen, pass MVR, and maintain a clean driving record
• Licensing/Certification required when applicable
