Job Description

We are seeking a passionate, self-driven, natural born sales person.  Must have a desire to sell, market, and service our insurance products to new and existing clients. We offer a base salary + commission with  UNCAPPED EARNING POTENTIAL!

As property and casualty insurance sales representatives continue to drive growth to our locations we never loose sight of our commitment to put “the client” at the forefront of our attention.  Our successful sales professionals have come from a wide range of industries including financial, banking and managerial roles.

  • Meet new property and casualty business production goals and objectives as established
  • Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources to grow our property and casualty insurance business
  • Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales
  • Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc
  • Develop new Financial Services and property and casualty opportunities
  • Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources
  • Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone to promote products, services and/or referral programs


  • Allstate, State Farm, Farmers or similar experience a plus
  • A property & casualty license is preferred but will train good individual.
  • Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.
  • Problem-Solving Capabilities.
  • Minimum education: Associate’s degree in a Business
  • Driven and goal-oriented individual
  • Minimum 1 year prior sales experience preferred
  • Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
