Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and close sales
• Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity
• Drive new business through referrals, networking, and inbound leads
• Build strong client relationships by delivering exceptional service
• Guide customers in selecting insurance solutions that fit their unique needs
• Consistently achieve sales targets while contributing to the success of the agency

Requirements

• Sales or customer service experience
• Ability to obtain or already hold insurance licenses (personal lines, Property & Casualty, Life & Health, Life all acceptable) Licensing if needed will be paid by agency
• Entrepreneurial spirit and strong work ethic
• A passion for helping others and building long-term relationships
