We are seeking a passionate, self-driven, natural born sales person with a desire to make a difference in people’s lives. As our newest insurance sales representative you will sell, market, and service our insurance products to existing clients and new customers. As a full-time sales representative you will help individuals, families, and small businesses secure their tomorrows.

As a Commercial Lines Sales Representative you will be responsible for effective management of existing customers along with development and acquisition of new customers. You will be counted on for strategic development and growth of profitable existing customer relationships with a focus on retaining and selling new and featured products to ensure continued growth. This will involve promoting and marketing company products, supported by approved marketing strategy, with the overall goal of profit growth.

Responsibilities

  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
  • Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
  • Return all phone messages promptly.
  • Share training and education knowledge and expertise with team members.
  • Maintain knowledge of new products.
  • Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Be outstanding at relationship building.
  • Maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls.
  • Obtain prospects information such as name, address, vehicle information and enter into quote sheets.
  • Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
  • Maintains phone time or sales quotas as determined by management.
  • Provides on-going support to insurance clients as needed.
  • Uphold the wants and needs of your customers
  • Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs
