Responsibilities

• Develop new business through prospecting, networking, and referrals
• Build long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering personalized coverage solutions
• Educate customers on insurance and financial products
• Maintain a high level of client satisfaction through ongoing service and policy reviews
• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals

Requirements

Qualifications

• CA Property & Casualty Insurance License Required (Life license a plus but not required)
• Proven sales or customer service experience preferred
• Driven, outgoing, and highly motivated to succeed
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required
