We are seeking a motivated and licensed Insurance Producer to join our team. In this role, you will help individuals and businesses protect what matters most by offering tailored insurance solutions. You’ll build relationships, educate clients, and grow your book of business with the full support of our agency.

This position is ideal for someone who is driven, coachable, and excited about helping clients while building a long‑term career in insurance.

Salary: $35,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and outbound outreach.

Conduct needs‑based assessments to understand client goals and recommend appropriate coverage.

Present and explain insurance products clearly, including policy terms, benefits, and pricing.

Prepare accurate quotes and proposals across multiple carriers.

Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and policy reviews.

Assist clients with claims processes and provide ongoing support.

Stay current on industry trends, carrier updates, and regulatory requirements.

Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics.

Requirements
