Looking to Level Up? We are seeking a licensed sales agent driven to make a difference in peoples lives. In our office, you will be partnering with the leadership team on production, training & accountability, but our Agency Producers are consultants first for incoming businesses & families. Evaluating needs, and recommending the most appropriate means of meeting those needs is the source of our value, and what we are looking to add to the team.

Salary: $100,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Share training and education knowledge and expertise with team members.
  • Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain knowledge of new products.
  • Assess and identify the wants and needs of your customer(s) over the phone
  • Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs

Requirements

  • General Lines P&C state of TX insurance license is required.
  • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • A terrific presenter and communicator, and a barracuda closer.
  • Career minded vision.
  • Successful sales background.
