Job Description

Our fast paced, growing insurance office is looking to fill a insurance producer position. There are no games in our office, sell policies, take care of our customers and make money, structure does not change monthly to fit the owners needs. This position offers a base salary + commission opportunities. Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Share training and education knowledge and expertise with team members.
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
• A Property & Casualty license 
• Ability to obtain or possess an active Life & Health Insurance license.
• Driven and goal-oriented individual.
• Minimum 1 year prior sales experience preferred but will train the right individual.
• Honest hard working and is effective at closing sales.
• Ability to hit measurable, concrete, goals.
