The salary range represents the potential base depending on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Responding to queries, problem solving, and following up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Developing insurance quotes, shopping renewals, and issuing insurance documentation as requested. 
  • Fostering strong relationships with current and prospective clients to maintain client retention.
  • Treating each client interaction as an opportunity for education and account rounding. 
  • Obtain and ensure current and accurate information and document it per agency standards. Process customer policy change requests.
  • Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
  • Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within specified timeframe.

Requirements

  • Property & Casualty License
  • Commercial Lines Insurance experience
  • Intermediate computer and technology proficiency. 
  • Preference for candidates with Applied Epic experience, though not absolutely necessary
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask. 
  • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
  • Great Customer Service Skills.
  • Driven and goal-oriented individual.
  • Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
