Absolutely not. We've got you covered with all the leads you'll ever need. Our sales team can just focus on their work without having to tap into their personal networks.

Not at all. Our compensation plan is the most competitive in the state. You'll start with a base salary of $36,000, plus receive uncapped commissions and generous bonuses.

Responsibilities

As an Insurance Sales Agent, you will be responsible for selling a range of insurance policies, including Auto, Home, Business, and Life insurance, to individuals and businesses. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Here's what you'll do:

  • Insurance Policy Sales: Expertly navigate the sale of various insurance products, including Auto, Home, Business, and Life insurance, tailored to the unique needs of both individual and business clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Forge lasting relationships through stellar communication and interpersonal skills. Your role involves not just selling insurance, but becoming a trusted advisor to our clients.
