Southpoint Insurance Agency in Orland Park is growing our team! We have an opportunity for someone like you to be our new Full Time Commercial Account Manager. You share our passion for helping others, and put that into practice by providing guidance and support so that they have the right coverage to meet their insurance needs. You have excellent attention to detail and enjoy the creative challenge of problem solving to ensure client satisfaction and retention. As our Licensed Account Manager, you bring your insurance industry experience in order to build rapport with clients. Salary: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Use your savvy skills to create insurance quotes and assist with policy changes. 
• Each interaction is an opportunity for you to educate and advise clients. 
• Answer client questions, problem solve, and follow up with your quality rapport building talents. 
• Utilize your exemplary attention to detail to update client information.

Requirements

• Property & Casualty License Required.
• 3+ years of Insurance Customer Service experience required. 
• Strong computer and technical skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Agency Management software proficiency. 
• Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
• A team player who is self motivated and goal oriented.  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
