Looking for an intelligent, computer savvy, sales person to join my fast paced personal lines Insurance Agency as a Risk Manager/ Sales Producer.  All training provided EXCEPT we will not teach you how to navigate a computer, build rapport with customers, or work hard. If you do not have these 3 skills, do not apply.
 
Must possess the ability to clearly communicate with customers via email, phone, and in person to explain coverages for multiple types of policies, ability to multitask and not afraid to ask for other business (cross-sell). The position is full-time Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm. Base salary $30,000 to $50,000 will be determined by work experience. Bonus paid monthly based on performance /results.

Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Generate leads and nurture leads given via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Remarket past clients and sell to inbound leads
• Cross sell existing customers,
• Building a network of business

Requirements

• 440, 220, or 2044 license is NOT required prior to starting
• Work from home criteria: Must have 220 or 2044 license and meet agency performance standards 
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
