As a Sales Agent, you will be rewarded for helping grow and maintain our consumer base of our business

Salary: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Process customer policy change requests.
• Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Maintain knowledge of new products.
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
• Generating insurance quotes.

Requirements

¢ Personal Lines or Property and Casualty License preferred, but not required

¢ Ability to speak, read and write English and Spanish REQUIRED

¢ Must be flexible to work weekends

¢ Able to work MON - FRI 10AM - 6PM SAT 9AM-4PM

¢ Reliability with the ability to stay until daily work is completed

¢ Handle a high volume of phone calls

¢ Excellent sales skills

¢ Detail oriented

¢ Enthusiastic and good when dealing with people
