Job Description

Northwest Insurance is looking to ad a new member to the team to assist one of our top agents. The ideal candidate will be a customer service orientated individual.

 

You will work face to face with our clients as well as work with them over the phone. You will offer excellent customer service and assist the agent in day to day duties.

 

Insurance industry experience is not a requirement and we will offer hands on training directly with the agent you will be working with.

 

This is an entry level position into insurance with the potential for career growth.

Salary: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Assisting the Agent in day to day duties including:

  • Data entry
  • Calls to existing clients
  • Working with customers both on person and over the phone
  • Fielding a high volume of calls
  • Assisting customers in making changes to their policies
  • Collecting payments

Requirements

  • Must enjoy helping people both in person and over the phone
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • must be reliable
  • Being a fast learner is a plus
  • Being fluent in English and Spanish is also a plus
