Salary: $14.00 per hour

This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required for the position. The RealEstate Assistant will ensure that the Fresno Office Apartment productivity is enhanced by handling the following functions:
· Proactively offer specific and thoughtful assistance
· Manage calendars and schedules and ensure that meetings are prepared for, including the coordination of offsite conferences and events
· Assist with financial evaluations (excel, PP, photoshop or graphic design a plus, etc.)
· Maintain/update database (data entry, proof reading, etc.)
· Help manage escrow process (ensure timely completion of all required tasks, file delivery pick-up, etc.)
· Maintain listing and transaction files (document, copying, binding, scanning, etc.)
· Interact with clients and brokers on phones (superior phone etiquette)
· Assist with special assignments (presentations, spreadsheets, reports, etc.)
· Manage projects, timelines and track measurables
· Assist with various contracts including confidentiality agreements;
· Travel as needed;
· Manage multiple high priority assignments by establishing objectives, determining priorities, managing time, and gaining the cooperation of others to ensure successful completion;
· Work in a fast-paced environment, solve problems and adjust plans based on business needs;
· Interact with outside business contacts and vendors, while maintaining a confident and professional demeanor and presence;
· Proactively communicate regularly and clearly status and expectations
· Assist with property photos and initial drafts of proposals and brochures
