That's where you come in.  We are seeking a passionate, self-driven sales person with a desire to make a positive impact on people and our community. The majority of this role is directed toward the generation of new sales to existing and prospective clients. The perfect candidate for this position has a passion for doing what is best for the client by matching their needs with the proper solution.  

As an independent insurance agency, we represent many insurance carriers, which give us the ability to bring together quality coverage and a competitive price.  

Salary: $36,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Actively pursues new client relationships and sales via networking, agency supplied leads and other lead sources.
• Presenting quotes that prove you have listened, advised and have the clients wellbeing front of mind.

Requirements

• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and be coachable.
• Be able to obtain or currently possess a Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Driven and goal-oriented individual.
• Ability to be flexible and handle situations tactfully.
• Exudes a positive, uplifting and inquisitive attitude. 
• Competent with computers and technology.
