Job Description

We are seeking a passionate, self-driven  sales person with a desire to make a positive impact on people and our community. The majority of this role is directed toward the generation of new sales to existing and prospective clients. The perfect candidate for this position has a passion for doing what is best for the customer by matching their needs with the proper solution.

Responsibilities

• Solicits for new business via networking, agency supplied leads and other lead sources.
• Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
• Share training and education knowledge and expertise with team members.
• Provide exceptional customer service.

• Be able to obtain or currently possess a Property & Casualty insurance license.
