We are seeking a passionate, self-driven  sales person with a desire to make a difference in people’s lives. The majority of this role is directed toward the generation of new sales to existing and prospective clients. Success in this role is based on an individuals motivation and drive.

Responsibilities

• Solicits for new business via networking, agency supplies leads and other lead sources.
• Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
• Share training and education knowledge and expertise with team members.
• Provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
• Be able to obtain or currently possess a Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Minimum 1 year prior sales experience preferred.
