Mark Noffsinger Allstate Agencies, located in Western Michigan, is looking to add a “driven to succeed” individual to our insurance sales team. As the newest full-time member of our outside sales division, you will be able to see firsthand the reason our agency has been growing and reaching new heights. And we aren’t slowing down!

Just starting in insurance? No problem. We want to train the motivated, talented person that you are and help you succeed in achieving your goals.

Primarily for Home and Auto Insurance.

Salary: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty through strong relationship building.
• Willing to prospect on the phone from warm transfers, internet leads, cold calling and other lead generation activities.
• Meet insurance sales goals through quotes, policies, items, and premium and other objectives set by management.
• Develop insurance quotes, while deciphering our clients™ needs.
• Ask clients for referrals and explain our referral program.

Requirements

• Must be WILLING TO OBTAIN or CURRENTLY hold a Property and Casualty License
• Must be WILLING TO USE THE PHONE for prospecting, cold calling, contacting clients and close insurance sales
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Be equipped with great listening and closing skills.
• Insurance industry experience is a BONUS
• Sales experience is a BONUS
