You must be willing to obtain a Property and Casualty License to start. Not licensed yet? No problem. We are happy to endorse and support the right candidate and guide you through the process to obtain your Michigan Property and Casualty License.

Salary: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Contact customers for service, bill paying and appointment setting.
• Meet agreeable new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Take warm transfer calls for new business, direct email and perform other lead generation activities.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations and closes sales.
• Able to handle all requested Client requests in a timely manner.
• Ask clients for referrals and explain our referral program.
• Ask and decipher Clients Life Insurance needs.
• Foster strong relationships with our clients to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
• Efficient  Typing skills.

Requirements

• Be able to obtain a property & casualty insurance license.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Create relationships from a cold start.
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Be equipped with great listening and closing skills.
