Our insurance agency is expanding and a position as an On Boarding Life Insurance Sales Specialist is now available!  Insurance Sales Producer selling life insurance will earn $40,000 + for the average, up to $75,000 if you are exceptional.

The Life Specialist will call all newly Sold Home & Auto clients to offer additional discounts and to sell Life Insurance.  Meet and sell over the phone or face to face.  We are looking for a highly charismatic person.  Business professional attire is required.

The On Boarding Life Insurance Sales Position offered is in the insurance industry primarily selling Life Insurance.  

We are looking for an experienced sales person that will feel comfortable having interaction over the phone as well as in our prospect's homes.

This is a career path opportunity for the right candidate.

Salary: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations and closes sales.
• Ask each client for referrals and explain our referral program.
• Foster strong relationships with our clients to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.

Requirements

• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Create relationships from a cold start.
• Be a fantastic presenter.
• Prior Sales Experience.
• Ability to obtain or possess an active Life & Health Insurance license.
