An exciting career opportunity exists for the right person to join our multi-location, multi-line insurance agency.  Noffsinger Insurance Agencies are growing and we are looking for a sales professional with exceptional closing abilities.  Our sales agents must possess both written and verbal communication skills along with a great attitude.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and various other Windows applications

Salary: $Base + Commission per month

Responsibilities

• Providing insurance quotes through qualified leads from a variety of source
• Working with state of the art lead management and agency software
• Presenting and explaining our products and services using an advisor approach
• Possessing on a true understanding of a clients’ needs and goals
• Generating quotes at a high volume
• Building long-term relationships
• Maintaining accurate documentation in agency systems
• Cross-selling, up-selling in appropriate situations

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of demonstrated sales experience
• A State of Michigan Property and Casualty license, but not required to apply
• If you do not hold a P&C license you must have the capability to obtain one prior to employment
