Salary: $56,400.00 - $74,400.00 per year

Client Engagement: Interact with potential clients, assess their needs, and provide personalized guidance throughout the home-buying process.
Lead Management: Manage incoming leads effectively, qualifying prospects and providing them with the information they need to make informed decisions.
Communication: Maintain clear and timely communication with clients, team members, and industry partners to ensure a smooth and successful transaction process.
Follow-Up: Proactively follow up with clients to nurture relationships, address any concerns, and provide ongoing support throughout their home search.
Market Research: Stay informed about local market trends, property values, and industry developments to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.
Licensing: Active real estate license for Kentucky is preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in real estate sales, inside sales, or a related field is preferred.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to connect with a diverse range of clients.
