New Home Collective  is one of the fastest-growing real estate teams in Kentucky!

Don't respond unless you are an overachiever and can prove it. Come build an empire within our fine, progressive company. We are in the real estate industry, but we don't hire based on background. We hire top producers. If you are average, you can earn $50k, $100k if you are good, and If you are a star $150k++. Must be awesome at opening doors and getting appointments from any start. Experienced or not, if you have the right stuff, we will know it.

You will be mentored and have training opportunities with Bob Sophiea a real estate industry leader whose team has sold close to 2000 homes.

To apply must have a Kentucky Real Estate License or the ability to complete a real estate license course in 30 days.

Salary: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Marketing:

• Allow the Staging team to have tough conversations with sellers regarding their homes and keep the relationship strong between you and sellers
• Full furniture Stages available - Additional Costs
• Virtual Staging available
• Virtual Home Consultations available for outside areas

Listing Coordinators

• LC order all the photos, schedule all FS appointments, communicate with seller about next steps in listing home
• Audit paperwork and ensure you are compliant and follow up files
• Input and adjust all Listings on the MLS on your behalf
• Market Open houses on Social Media

Transaction Coordinators:

• Facilitate the transaction on Agents' behalf
• Communicate with Title, Lender, Client and Co-op Agent regarding the file until Closing
• Ensure our paperwork is compliant and reduce any risk to the client or company
• Help facilitate getting signatures from all parties and said moving paperwork to all pertinent parties
• Communicate with the clients and let them know what step/stage we are at in the closing process so they are fully aware
• Communicate closing details for all parties.

Compensation:

$60,000 - $100,000 and if you are a star $150,000++ commission based position

Responsibilities

You’ll have the time and freedom to focus on being a relationship builder and wowing clients. We provide you with scheduled appointments so you can do what you do best – talk to the client! And instead of your fellow agents feeling like competition, New Hom Collective is home to a team-based approach.
