Job Description

Farmers Insurance – My Pham Agency is looking for a talented caring individual to join our team where you’ll play an important role in the operation of the agency. In partnership with the agency owner, you’ll set strategy and initiate best practices for customer contact and then using your analytical skills, monitor and measure the overall effectiveness of the agency loyalty, initiatives and customer satisfaction efforts – with the ultimate goal of continuously strengthening and enhancing customer relationships.

 

Salary: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for working daily alert and coordinate service emails
  • Identify cross – sell opportunities from existing clients
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
  • Resolve in-office claim issues
  • Maintain confidentiality and customer privacy as required by company policy and procedure.
  • Establish client relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfer, claim submissions, and billing clarification
  • Use a customer-focused, need-based review process to educate customers about insurance options

Requirements

  • Associate graduate preferred
  • Must be licensed in Property and Casualty with the first 30 day
  • Authorized to work in the United States (Required)

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • Customer service and inter-personal relationship skills
  • Working knowledge of basic office equipment, machines, and basic office procedures
  • Organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to be responsible, dependable, and punctual
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Bilingual in Spanish or Vietnamese is a plus
