Join Mustard Seed Financial & Insurance, a leading insurance agency in Meridian, Idaho. As a Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative, you will be an integral part of our team, providing exceptional service and support to our valued clients.
At Mustard Seed Financial & Insurance, we believe in building long-lasting relationships with our customers. As the first point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for addressing inquiries, providing policy information, and ensuring client satisfaction.
We are seeking individuals who are passionate about customer service, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills. As a Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative, your main responsibilities will include answering phone calls, responding to emails, processing policy changes, and assisting clients with their insurance needs.
We have offices in Meridian, Idaho and Ontario, Oregon. This position can work from either. Also, this is a Mon-Fri, 8 AM to 5 PM schedule.

Salary: $36,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Client Assistance: Handle inbound calls and provide prompt and efficient assistance to clients regarding their personal lines insurance policies.
Policy Reviews: Proactively review client policies to identify potential coverage gaps or opportunities for savings.
Policy Changes: Process policy changes accurately and efficiently, ensuring all client information is up to date.
Claims Support: Assist clients with filing and managing insurance claims, providing guidance and support throughout the process.
Customer Relations: Build strong relationships with clients, establishing trust and loyalty through exceptional service.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Insurance Knowledge: Familiarity with personal lines insurance products and policies.
