Salary: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, serving as their trusted insurance advisor.

Policy Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of client risks and needs to provide comprehensive insurance solutions.

New Business Development: Prospect and generate leads to expand the agency's book of business.

Policy Review: Conduct regular policy reviews to ensure clients have appropriate coverage as their businesses evolve.

Claims Support: Assist clients throughout the claims process, providing guidance and advocating for their best interests.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial lines insurance sales or account management.

Licensing: Valid state insurance license for Property & Casualty or willingness to obtain it within 90 days of employment.

Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of commercial lines insurance products, coverages, and underwriting guidelines.

Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal and networking skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and underwriters.

Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate terms, premiums, and policy conditions with underwriters to secure the best coverage and pricing for clients.

Organizational Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Team Player: Collaborative and supportive team member, willing to share knowledge and expertise to contribute to the success of the agency.
