Job Description
Mustard Financial & Insurance Inc. is looking for a Trucking Insurance Customer Service Representative. This is a client facing position primarily focused on managing existing trucking client business accounts and facilitating renewals. This position requires previous trucking insurance experience, excellent verbal and written skills, great attention to detail/organization and a great attitude in working closely with clients, insurance carriers, producers and teammates.
Salary: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Bind coverage with required documents/forms and payments
- Manage all activities and workload in agency management system (AMS360)
- Review policies for accuracy
- Communicate regularly and directly with clients and underwriters
- Send out forms to clients that need to be reviewed and then collect payment
- Assist clients with requests for Certificates of Insurance
- Handle claim calls from clients, and then report claims to the appropriate carrier
- Follow up with clients via email and phone
- Answer incoming calls from clients with general policy questions
- Process payments from clients
- Assist with quoting activities
Requirements
- 3+ years of previous trucking/commercial auto insurance customer service experience
- Insurance sales experience a plus
- Current P&C license
- Knowledge of software applications: MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint and AMS360 preferred
- Willingness and ability to travel outside the office for client meetings as needed (not frequently)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
