The Mlynarek Agency, located in Lake Orion, is looking for a driven, committed Insurance Sales Representative with great people skills to work for our insurance agency. Must be committed to creating the best experiences for our customers, marketing to outside sources to generate leads, and foster a continuing relationship with current clients all while dealing with the best insurance products and services.  May make up to $70,000+ per year with experience.  Uncapped Earning Potential!

Responsibilities

• Meet new insurance sales goals
• Solicits for new insurance sales business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Be outstanding at relationship building maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
• Develop insurance quotes, make insurance sales presentations, and close sales.

Requirements

• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Create relationships from a cold start.
• Be a fantastic presenter.
• Be able to obtain or currently possess a property & casualty insurance license.
