WE Are looking for highly motivated sales representatives who can showcase their sales and customer
service skills all while having the potential to make uncapped earnings! The Mlynarek Agency in Lake Orion is an ever growing insurance agency that is looking for insurance sales representatives with great people skills and is committed to creating the best experiences for our customers. This is a full time position with our insurance sales team. While working with us you will negotiate deals to maximize profit, ensure all sales goals are met or exceeded, and foster a continuing relationship with current clients all while dealing with the best insurance products and services.
 
You must be willing to obtain your Property and Casualty License to start but we can explain the process of how to get it.

Responsibilities

• Meet new insurance sales goals and objectives as established.
• Solicits for new insurance sales business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Be outstanding at relationship building.
• Foster strong relationships to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
• Presents and explains insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal insurance goals.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.

Requirements

• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Create relationships from a cold start.
• Be a fantastic presenter.
• Be able to obtain or currently possess a property & casualty insurance license.
