Do you have what it takes to manage a Sales Team? Seeking a motivated Insurance Sales professional who has management experience, or who would like to take their career to the next level. Looking for a full-time sales manager to motivate, train, and inspire our insurance sales team. Insurance sales experience is a must!  Must have at least 3 years of experience selling insurance. Responsibilities

• Set, establish, and maintain sales and service team goals
• Hire, train, and motivate employees
• Hold conference meetings with employees
• Be outstanding at relationship building
• Other HR tasks as needed

Requirements

• 4+ years of high performance insurance sales 
• Experience managing a sales team is a plus
• Excellent leadership and team building skills
• Must have a property and casualty insurance license
• Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
• Must be highly self-motivated
• Career minded vision
• Display leadership competencies, including ability to delegate, engage, and inspire others
• Strong work ethic and leadership skills
