Responsibilities

Candidates must be able to prioritize, multi-task, and be well organized.

Key duties of the Assistant include:

• Issuing Certificates of Insurance.
• Request, follow-up, and process endorsements.
• Issue vehicle I.D. cards.
• Type proposals.
• Document management system.
• Request MVRs and Loss Runs.
• Direct bill billing.
• Communicate with clients.

Requirements

Candidates should possess the following attributes:

• Proficient in Office software.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Time management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work independently and also within a team setting.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• NYS insurance brokers license required.

Knowledge of Applied Epic helpful.
