Our fast paced, growing insurance office is looking to fill an entry level sales position. This position is part time, scheduling appointments or calling our contacts for new clients needing new insurance quotes or coverage reviews.  Full time employment opportunities are also available for sales representatives looking to improve their selling techniques and increase commissions.  This position offers a base salary + annual and semi-annual bonus opportunities.. Responsibilities

• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
• Generating insurance quotes.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
• Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs

Requirements

• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Create relationships from a cold start.
• A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train good individual.
• Prior Sales Experience.
• Problem-Solving Capabilities.
• Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
• Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
