This is a work from Home opportunity!

We are looking for experienced Insurance Agents with Sales experience 

We are expanding and have an opening for top performing Insurance Sales Representatives to join our team-oriented sales department. With our insurance office’s extensive customer care work, a successful sales structure and our amazing products and services, you will be set up for success.

This position offers a competitive Base Salary of $30,000 + Commissions + Bonuses + Benefits.... and so much more.

Can work remotely due to COVID-19

Responsibilities

  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
  • Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
  • Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
  • Process customer policy change requests.
  • Develop new Financial Services opportunities.
  • Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.

Requirements

  • A Property & Casualty license is preferred 
  • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
  • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
  • Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
  • Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
  • Prior Sales Experience.
  • Career minded vision.
  • Excellent Spelling and Grammar skills.
  • Great Customer Service Skills.
  • Problem-Solving Capabilities.
  • Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
  • Be able to obtain or currently possess a Property & Casualty insurance license.
  • Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
  • Write at least 30 - 50 items per month
  • Submit at least 1-2 life applications per month
