The Mormile Agency Inc. is looking for a top quality Agency Producer responsible for the onboarding of new clients. This accomplished through the creation of marketing systems as well as tapping into the existing established ones. Must be a people person that is good at networking or has ambition to. Community engagement is large component of this role. Insurance productions being sold are home, auto, renters, comercial, life, recreation vehicles, and several others. Multiple streams of income opportunity including residuals! Build your book of business underneath an established industry leading insurance and financial services Agency.

Salary: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Develop new Financial Services opportunities.
• Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
• Maintain knowledge of new products.
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.

Requirements

Property & Casualty License(Required)

Life & Health License(Recommended)

Series 6(Major plus)
