Job Description

We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated individual to join our team at MAIA™s (Massachusetts Association of Insurance Agents) Number One Insurance Agency. 

We are an insurance agency that helps other Insurance Agents purchase policies for themselves and for their clients.  We need someone to provide great customer service to accept and process new business applications, answer questions & support the needs for our renewal customers. 

Salary: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Your typical day will involve:

• A high-volume sales/clerical position handling phone and email communications.
• You will receive & review applications and follow the procedures to submit for coverage.
• Assist our agents with policy renewals, change requests, questions &servicing needs.

Travel:

• Occasional travel for education, client visits and carrier meetings in and outside of MA

Requirements

We welcome resume submissions from those candidates with the following skill set:

• 5+ years' experience in the insurance industry
• MA P&C license 
• Knowledgeable in Commercial Lines products & underwriting processes
• A strong understanding of agency procedures & computer skills.
