Job Description

We are looking for an energetic, organized, and ambitious individual to serve as our Membership Administrator!  This is a great opportunity for someone who would like to manage MAIA™s membership recruitment, retention, and engagement strategy.  The position™s objective will be to visit our members throughout Massachusetts and increase membership engagement through their participation in programs, utilization of services, etc.

The Administrator will provide metrics on membership trends and will advise the CEO, COO, and staff on strategies to increase membership, retain current members, and address developing trends.  

Salary: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

The main responsibilities of this position are:

• Membership visits
• Member retention
• Increase membership engagement
• Gain new members
• Oversee dues renewal process 
• Manage membership records

Requirements

• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up
• Excellent communication/interpersonal skills

• Ability to not only meet but exceed current and prospective client expectations
• Problem-solving capabilities
• Works well with other employees and is a team player
• Ability to drive for up to 2 - 3 hours per day
• Valid Massachusetts driver's license

Preferred Education 

• A Property & Casualty license and/or Association experience is preferred but will train the right candidate
• Bachelor's Degree
