Mary Hofstetter Agency of Surprise, AZ is currently hiring a dedicated, driven individual to join our growing team as a Full-Time Insurance Sales - Agency Producer - Personal Lines & Life. Whether you are an experienced licensed producer or ready to start a brand new career in insurance, we want you to apply. You will be using your professional work ethic, curiosity to learn, and excellent communication skills to build relationships with people and help get them world class insurance coverage. In this role you will have the opportunity to help people while giving them information they need to understand their risks and make good decisions.

Salary: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

The Insurance Sales Producer uses multiple methods to contact prospects to meet sales goals for the agency. Our goal is for each Agency Producer to reach at least (5) new people everyday and write multiple line of business for each household. We have proven processes and lead sources in place that if used consistently will generate policies.

Requirements

This position requires an Arizona State Insurance Producer License. If you already have the license, great. However, if you do not, we will pay the cost for the training & the fee for the license. Other important requirements include: Reliable Transportation, Computer Skills, Problem Solving, and a Passion to Help People.
