The Marc Sollee Agency in Gilbert is hiring Insurance Sales Representatives to join our growing team!

Compensation:

$40,000 Annual Base Salary plus Commission! Annual pay raises!

Commission for an average sales producer is about $2,000-$2,500 per month in addition to their base salary!

Experienced sales producers earn about $4,000-$5,000 per month in commission in addition to their base salary!

Responsibilities

+ Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.

+ Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.

+ Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program. + Maintain knowledge of new products.

+ Create client relationships with follow-up phone calls.

+ Having fun while being part of a competitive team.

Requirements

+ Have an active Property & Casualty license. Having a Life Insurance license is a huge plus to start and expected within 3 months.

+ Have an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.

+ Great self-starter with a sense of urgency.

+ Create relationships from a cold start and be able to handle customer rejection.

+ Have the ability to answer prospective clients' questions efficiently and effectively.
