The Marc Sollee Farmers Insurance Agency in GILBERT, Arizona, is looking for a confident, experienced insurance sales producer/agent to join our team. In this Full-Time position, we will provide you with the tools and support needed to succeed. You will be responsible for selling and promoting our products. We are a dedicated and driven team with a focus on providing each of our clients with proper insurance insurance protection and amazing customer service. Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and assist them with their insurance needs
• Conduct thorough market research to identify the best insurance policies for clients
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral partners
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and meet client satisfaction goals
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance policies

Requirements

• Insurance Property & Casualty License
• Life Insurance License is a bonus
• Sales Experience or Insurance industry experience
• Ability to work in our office Monday through Friday
