Job Description

Primary responsibilities are providing great customer service to the existing clients and proactively providing them with quotes for additional lines of business as appropriate.  This is achieved by reviewing information daily and taking action as needed. This role is a salary plus commission position enabling you to increase your salary. The CSSR position is a critical position in the agency as the person will focus on retention through customer satisfaction.  As a licensed insurance professional you will be supported with continuous training & development to help achieve your goals.

Salary: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

- Review policy level issues and resolve them daily 

 -Answer inbound phone calls

- Cross-Sell clients additional lines of business as appropriate

- Participate in marketing activities of the agency

- Support general office activity (filing, mailing, appointments)

Requirements

- Arizona P&C, & Life and Health license  - required before start date

- Professional phone etiquette

- Team player & outgoing, positive attitude
