Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their unique insurance needs.
  • Present and explain insurance policy options clearly and effectively, tailoring recommendations to individual circumstances.
  • Actively engage in sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the policy lifecycle, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes to provide accurate and relevant advice.
  • Process applications and manage policy documentation with accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Property Casualty license is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience in a related field.
  • Proven ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
