We have positions available for Insurance Sales Representatives. We are a fast growing multi-office agency for Allstate. Experience is a plus, but we will provide training to a qualified candidate. Candidates must posses excellent verbal and written communication skills. Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Process customer policy change requests.
• Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
• Develop new Financial Services opportunities.

Requirements

• Be able to obtain or currently possess a Property & Casualty insurance license
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coach able.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
• Career minded vision.
