Job Description
We are seeking a passionate, self-driven, natural born sales person with a desire to make a difference in people’s lives. To sell, market, and service our insurance products to existing clients and new customers. As a full-time agent you will help individuals, families, and small businesses secure their tomorrows. No experience is required; we will provide the training and tools you need to succeed. A modest base salary plus commission provides great income potential.
Responsibilities
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
- Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
- Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
- Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
- Maintain knowledge of new products.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Be outstanding at relationship building.
- Maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls.
Requirements
Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is a must.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Career minded vision.
- Problem-Solving Capabilities.
- Be able to obtain or currently possess a property & casualty insurance license
- Ability to obtain or possess an active Life & Health Insurance license
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Driven and goal-oriented individual
