We are now accepting resumes for Sales Agents for our agency in Cumming, Georgia.
This position offers a competitive base salary + commissions + bonuses + benefits including supplemental health care options. Agents earn around $40-$60,000 per year on average with NO CAP on earnings.
You will receive outstanding training and support and provided every resource necessary to be successful.
Laura Stephens number one goal has always been to take care of those on our team, and this is followed closely by making sure our clients have an EXTRAORDINARY experience during every interaction with our team. This experience starts with our Agents who help welcome new clients to our agency family.
As a part of our team, your job will be to help the customer secure the best policies with appropriate coverages to protect them in their family if something were to happen. In other words, you will become a trusted advisor
NO EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.
A Property & Casualty (P&C) Producer License is required for the position but we can show you how to obtain the necessary license. The process takes anywhere from 2-3 weeks.
Here is the ideal candidate... Someone who has a great attitude, outgoing personality, who 'never meets a stranger,' has stellar computer skills, the ability to multi-task, who works well with their peers, and those who have a true passion for helping others. And, they must be able to close deals.

Responsibilities
- Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
- Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
- Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
- Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from current centers of influence, referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
- Presents and explains insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals.
- Must meet sales goals
Requirements
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Create relationships from a cold start.
- Be a fantastic presenter.
- A property & casualty license is required before starting
- Must be highly self-motivated.
- Career minded vision.
- Ability to obtain or posses an active Life & Health Insurance license.
