Were looking for a motivated and personable Sales Representative to join our growing team and play a key role in expanding our client base. As a Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and helping customers find insurance solutions that fit their needs and budgets. You'll receive hands-on training, marketing support, and access to a proven sales system designed for your success.

Salary: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Prospect for new leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities

Contact potential clients to discuss their insurance needs

• Present and explain insurance options including auto, home, life, and business policies

• Build long-term relationships with clients through excellent customer service

• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics

• Maintain accurate records of all sales and customer interactions

Requirements

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred (insurance experience a plus)

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

• Bilingual English/Spanish

• Strong work ethic and self-motivation

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing client needs

• Current insurance license preferred or must be able to obtain a state insurance license (assistance provided if needed)
