Salary: $24,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Training and education and a transfer of knowledge and expertise from our team members.
• Maintain knowledge of new products.
• Maintains phone time or sales quotas as determined by management
• Education platforms to further your knowledge in Insurance Sales and Marketing.

• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Create relationships from a cold start.
• Must be highly self-motivated.
