We offer a base pay along with a strong commission structure We also have a flexible schedule, strong training program and we provide leads. This is a FULL TIME position.

We are hiring for our agency in Gilbert, AZ  so there is a lot of room for advancement in the future.

Salary: $58,000.00 - $64,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Develop new Financial Services opportunities.
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
• Presents and explains insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals.

Requirements

• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
• Must be highly self-motivated.
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
• Be able to obtain or currently possess a Property & Casualty insurance license.
• WE WILL PAY FOR YOUR READING MATERIALS. 
• Driven and goal-oriented individual.
• Previous work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
